Camp Policies
Welcome to Camp Everything, your summer at Magellan!
The following policies apply to Magellan's Signature Camps: Camp Gatorcitos and Camp NaviGators.
- Please see the Homeroom registration system for policies related to individual provider run specialty camps.
- Please read our policies carefully, including our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section outlining our procedures.
- Program Fees & Options: Fees vary based on your selection of camp (Gatorcitos or NaviGators) and your choice of after care or half day add-on sessions. Please refer to the Camps page for specific rates.
- Eligibility: Placement is based on the grade your child will enter in Fall 2026. Homeroom, our registration system, will automatically display eligible sessions for your student.
- Deposits: A $100 deposit per session is required at registration to secure your spot. This is applied toward your final balance and is fully refundable until March 15, 2026.
- Payment Plans: We are happy to offer convenient installment plans. All program balances must be paid in full by May 1, 2026. We accept ACH/eCheck, Debit, and Credit Cards.

We understand that summer plans can change. To help us manage staffing and resources, we adhere to the following policy:
Magellan Signature Camps: Camp Gatorcitos and Camp NaviGators:
- March 15: Last day for a full deposit refund.
- More Than 30 Days Before the Start of a Camp Session: Program fees (minus deposits) are refundable or transferable to another program or immediate family member, subject to availability.
- 15–30 Days Before the Start of a Camp Session: A 50% cancellation fee applies to each session cancelled.
- Within 14 Days of the Start of a Camp Session: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this window.
- All cancellations and requests must be submitted in writing to info@camp-everything.org.
Absences: Program fees are not refunded or prorated for unattended days.
Specialty Camps:
- Specialty Camps have various cancellation policies. Please see specific policies in their program listings in the Homeroom registration page.
- We make every effort to accommodate changes in camper enrollment. Please contact us to inquire about your specific needs.
- All changes in enrollment are dependent upon availability.
- All requests for changes must be submitted in writing to info@camp-everything.org.
- Once a session has reached its maximum enrollment, a waitlist is created for that specific program session in Homeroom.
- There is no cost to remain on the waitlist.
- If an opening becomes available, the family will be notified about the open spot. You will will have 24 hours to accept the invitation for the camp. If you decline or do not respond to the invitation, the spot will then be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
- A Sibling discount of 10% is applied to eligible family enrollments when registrations are submitted at the same time.
- A Multiweek discount of 10% is applied to campers who register for four or more weeks of Camp NaviGators at the same time.
- We extend a discount to campers who register for All Summer at Camp Gatorcitos in place of registering for just one of the four week blocks.
- Magellan faculty and staff and Camp Gatorcitos and Camp Navigators staff are eligible for additional discounts. Please contact us for more information.
- If a camper is not registered for after camp care and is picked up after 4:00, the camper will be taken to after camp care and a $40 drop in fee will be charged.
- If a camper is registered for after camp care and is not picked up by 6:00, the family will be charged $3 per minute beginning at 6:00 until the camper is picked up.
Please notify Camp NaviGators or Camp Gatorcitos staff if a camper will not be attending the program for any length of time due to illness or any other circumstances.
If a child becomes ill and needs to leave early, the child’s parent or guardian will be contacted to inform them or the situation. If they cannot come to pick the child up, the emergency contact will be notified. If neither are available, the child will stay on campus isolated from other children until a parent or guardian is reached.
Coming Soon: Lunch options will be available for weekly purchase at Camp NaviGators.
If the weather is inclement on the day of a scheduled outdoor event, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event; however due to time and scheduling constraints, not every event will be rescheduled as originally planned. Alternate activities will replace the canceled event.
All campers and children in attendance must be registered. If a child who is not registered arrives at Camp Navigators or Camp Gatorcitos, a staff member will approach the adult who brought the child to the program without registration in order to resolve the problem.
Records will be checked in order to be assured of the child’s status in the summer program. If Camp Everything staff find that the child is in fact not registered to attend camp that day, the child’s parents or guardians and/or emergency contacts will be contacted immediately to pick the child up.
