FAQs
For Camp NaviGators and any specialty camps held at our Bull Creek campus, you can register by clicking the Register button on our website. Registration is completed through Homeroom, our secure online registration platform that makes it easy to manage enrollment, payments, and camp details in one place.
To register for Camp Gatorcitos, please email us to receive the private registration link. Camp Gatorcitos is only available to currently enrolled Magellan Preschool students
Registration opens February 2, 2026.
- We offer after care for Camp Gatorcitos, Camp NaviGators and some half day specialty camps.
- If your camp offers after care, the add-on option will appear in the registration portal in Homeroom.
- After care pick-up ends at 6:00 pm.
- Camp NaviGators and all specialty camps at the Bull Creek campus are open to all students.
- Camp Gatorcitos, at the West Anderson campus, is only available to currently enrolled Magellan Preschool students.

- All campers should bring a water bottle to camp.
- Most days, campers will spend some time outside. Campers should have sunscreen with them, preferably applied before they arrive.
- You will receive an email the week before camp starts with additional information with specifics regarding your child's camp.
- Campers attending full day programs will need to bring a lunch to camp, **unless they have signed up for the camp lunch program via the Homeroom registration system. **coming soon!

- Campers should pack as many snacks as they need for their camp day.
Camp Gatorcitos runs from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, with an option for after care from 3:00 to 6:00 pm for an additional fee.
Camp Navigators run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with an option for after care from 4:00 to 6:00 pm for an additional fee.
Specialty camps may have different hours of operation. Please see the Specialty Camps page or the Homeroom registration system for more details.
That depends on your camp. An email will be sent to parents one week prior to the start of camp with drop off and pick up locations and procedures.
We understand that summer plans can change. To help us manage staffing and resources, we adhere to the following policy:
Magellan Signature Camps: Camp Gatorcitos and Camp NaviGators:
- March 15: Last day for a full deposit refund.
- More Than 30 Days Before the Start of a Camp Session: Program fees (minus deposits) are refundable or transferable to another program or immediate family member, subject to availability.
- 15–30 Days Before the Start of a Camp Session: A 50% cancellation fee applies to each session cancelled.
- Within 14 Days of the Start of a Camp Session: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this window.
- All requests must be submitted in writing to info@camp-everything.org.
Absences: Program fees are not refunded or prorated for unattended days.
Specialty Camps:
- Specialty Camps have various cancellation policies. Please see their specific policies in their program listings in the Homeroom registration page.
We do not require campers to be vaccinated.
You are prompted to enter health requirements and concerns in the registration process in Homeroom. You may also email us at info@camp-everything.org if you have specific circumstances you want to make us aware of or wish to set up a time to meet about your child(ren)’s circumstances.
In most cases, camp will proceed as normal, with some shifting of locations to provide adequate weather protection. In the case of severe inclement weather, any cancellations will be communicated through email, social media, and the website.
